1 3D insulation step down transformer 2 Standards:GB1094.1~2; GB1094.3,5; GB/T6451-2008 3 One year warranty 4 MOQ:1 set 3D H Grade insulation step down  transformer   Product introduction SGB9/10 series unwrapped dry-type transformers boast excellent performance against moiture, salt mist etc., are safe and reliable when running in high temperature, have low noise, high heat dissipation rate and powerful overload capacity, are the new generation of eco-friendly dry-type transformers. They are best suibable for hydropower stations, thermal power stations, iron & steel plants, chemical engineering, mines and other high-temperature or polluted areas. Product characteristics Type SGB10/11 uses NOMEX paper as the basic system, has excellent electrical and mechanical properties in the service life of transformer. NOMEX paper is not liable to aging, resists shrinkage and compression, boasts super elasticity, can maintain coil tightmess even after the transformer has been used for years, can also prevent short circuit. 1.Level H insulation: Dry-type tranformers have B, F, H, C, etc. hear insulation levels with temperatures of 130 °C , 155 °C , 180 °C  and 220 °C  respectively. This product uses DuPont NOMEX paper as major insulation material, having insulation level up to H and even C for the key part. 2.Safety: All insulating materials of SGB10/11products are flame retardant, self-extinguishable, non-toxic. It's flammable material is less than almost no toxic smoke produces, which overcomes the defect of epoxy cast dry-type transformers that generate large volume of poisonous gas during burning.SGB10/11 products are more superior when used in the humid, poor ventilated and high safety occasions, i.e. metros, ships, chemical and smelting industries etc. 3.Reliable: The special coil design, process and materials of SBG10/11 products provide excellent functions resisting moisture, mould and salt mist, better able to withstand heat shock without crack and have extremely low partial discharge. 4.Eco-friendly: SGB10/11 products will not cause environment pollution in manufacture, transport, storage and rnning. At the expiry of the service life, SGB10/11 products can be decomposed and tecycled, satisfying customer needs, overcome the defect of epoxy resin-cast dry type transformers which denies decomposition due to curing and fusion of resin and glass fiber and causes environmental pollution. SG10 products have low noise, suitable for populous noble residential quarters or other modern places. 5.High overload ability: SGB10/11 products enjoy the latest structures, materials and technologies, good tadiation condition, long thermal life and powerful overload capacity, can run safely and reliably long in 130% load condition. In IP23 or IP45 environment, it can run full load for long without foced air cooling. 6.Smaller size and lghter weight: SGB10/11 products use DuPont NOMEX paper as the primary insulation material, and as the mixed insulation system at the hottest point of hte transformer. Compared to the epoxy cast transformers of same capacity, the size and weith reduce by 30%. 

Transformer Service Condition

1.Installation site: indoors;2.Altitude: less than 1000M;3.Ambient temperature: -25~+40 degrees Celsius;4.Protection level: IP00, IP20, IP235.When the elevation is more than 1000m, the height shall be noted and temperature rise parameter shall be modified.
